Our premium first floor climate controlled & humidity control units typically cost less than our competition NON CONTROLLED units. This is due to our building's being one of the most environmentally friendly structures in Illinois.  

Our unique wall technology allowed us to make each and every one of our storage units fully climate controlled and dehumidified at no extra cost.  

Whenever wanted our valued customers to worry about condensation, dampness, mold, and mildew. We designed the building for extremely easy access. All of this in turn lowers the cost of our selves, in which lowers your storage price as well!

How we charge

We charge only for days that you actually stay with us. We do not charge you full price for your first month if you do not stay the entire time. 10 % off for 6 months prepayment.
